Mistress Dreams nudged Natasha in the side using the toe of her boot.   No response was elicited.  She nudged her again with greater force.  Natasha moaned ever so faintly.  Mistress Dreams looked slightly disappointed.   "I hate to hit someone when they're down, darling, but this is what my employer paid me to do."  With an exasperated sigh she knelt and straddled Natasha.   She heaved her torso up by a handful of hair with one hand.  Her other hand, now balled into a tight fist, was cocked back like a cobra ready to strike.
